CODE OF CONDUCT:
I, herein the Participant, understand and agree that I will not:
a) Harass, harm, threaten, discriminate, libel, defame, or otherwise shame and/or injure Life Ninja Retreats, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, agents, and all other Participants within the Retreats or Event. If such occurs, one may be asked to leave with no refund.
b) Infringe copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or any other intellectual property rights associates with Life Ninja Retreats.
c) Falsely misrepresent Participant association with and involvement in the Retreats or Event.
d) Falsely misrepresent the Retreat or Event in any form such as, but not limited to, all written or spoken word by Participant, photos, videos, and images taken by Participant, distributed toward another Participant or persons not participating in the Retreat or Event.
e) Reproduce, alter, distribute, display, publish, re-sell, share via photo, video or otherwise, all exclusive content distributed to Participant in the Retreat or Event.
f) Violate any Program guidelines, rules, and agreements within the Retreat or Event.
g) Will not dishonor those present and agree to not share with those outside of the Retreat or Event what is shared with each other and agree to be respectful of the other participants, employees, contractors, and owner of Life Ninja Retreats.
Participant understands and agrees that Life Ninja Retreats and its affiliates have the right to immediately expel, without refund or transfer of any kind, a Participant who breaks, or is suspicious of breaking, any section or amount of this Code of Conduct.
Release of Liability
I, herein the Participant, hereby state that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions which would limit my participation in the Retreat or Event offered by Life Ninja Retreats. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat or Event, any of the yoga classes, Cooking classes, Walks, Hikes, Stretches, Workshops and any other activities hosted by Life Ninja Retreats.
Participant hereby WAIVES AND RELEASES Life Ninja Retreats, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and contractors from any claim, demand and course of action of any kind resulting from or related to participation of the Participant in the Retreats and Events offered and its designated locations as registered for. In taking part in the Events with Life Ninja Retreats, Participant understands and acknowledges that the Participant is fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which might occur as a results of participation of the Participant in the Events.
Note that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your and your guests limitations and as required for Cooking events, allergies before Events begin.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19:
As of April, 2020: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
Life Ninja Retreats has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Life Ninja Retreats cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending retreats, appointments and events with Life Ninja Retreats could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Life Ninja Retreats events, appointments & retreats and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected with COVID-19 at Life Ninja Retreats events, appointments & retreats may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Life Ninja Retreats employees, contractor employees, owners and clients.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with attendance at Life Ninja Retreats events, appointments & retreats.
On my behalf, I hereby release, promise not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Life Ninja Retreats, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Life Ninja Retreats, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Life Ninja Retreat event, appointment or retreat.
I also understand that Life Ninja Retreats will be conducting a health screening at the start of any events, appointments or retreat and if I have a temperature over 100.3 or have symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days I will be asked to return home without a refund (a credit will be applied to my account with no expiration date).
