You are welcome to participate in everything or sit some planned sessions out if you'd like, there is quiet space to retreat to. Pricing is the same.​

Please check the detailed refund/cancellation policy below. Full refund will be provided if Life Ninja Retreats cancels this event.

  • AGE REQUIREMENTS/WHO CAN COME

Age requirements for this single day retreat is 18+. This retreat is for anyone identifying as female. 

  • WHAT TO BRING

We recommend bringing a hoodie or cover up, refillable water bottle, towel, yoga mat, blocks and a strap. Wear comfortable clothing. Blocks, yoga mats and straps are available to purchase if needed on check out page.

  • BRINGING A FRIEND

Each attendee needs to register and sign waivers separately.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment in full is required at booking to hold the spot. If needed/possible, payment options may be arranged, please contact us directly.​​ If you would like to sponsor another attendee, please email lifeninjahelp@gmail.com.

  • DIETARY REQUESTS

Please let us know at time of registration of any dietary restrictions. Meals are preplanned.​

8am: Arrive, Welcome Circle, Intention Setting

9am: Guided Meditation and Morning Yoga

10am: Creating  a Self Care Routine Workshop

11:30am: Lunch

12:30pm: Journalling Workshop

2pm Feeding Your Chakras

3pm: Yoga

3:30pm Closing Circle

4pm: Departure
