REIKI HEALING

 

Reiki Healing is a Japanese energy healing art that promotes health of body, mind and spirit and that is complementary to other treatments.

  • Reiki provides deep relaxation and improves sleep quality

  • Reiki releases stress, anxiety, relieves tension and helps relieve pain

  • Reiki supports body and mind healing

  • Reiki removes energy blockages

  • Reiki increases vitality

What to expect:

We will complete a questionnaire. Remove your shoes and jewelry and wear loose and comfortable clothing. Settle into the studio space.

During your session, I will channel the Reiki energy into you and the energy then moves through your body. Every experience is different, many experience extreme relaxation, warmth, tingling, or other sensations. You may sleep, cry, feel invigorated, or you may feel nothing for several hours. All are completely normal and perfect as everybody has a different healing process.

For distance Reiki session:

You will experience Reiki healing in the comfort of your home.

We will complete a questionnaire and provide you with next steps. Remove your shoes and jewelry and wear loose and comfortable clothing. Settle into a comfortable and quiet space with no interruptions. During your session, I will channel the Reiki energy into you and the energy then moves through your body. Every experience is different, many experience extreme relaxation, warmth, tingling, or other sensations. You may sleep, cry, feel invigorated, or you may feel nothing for several hours. All are completely normal and perfect as everybody has a different healing process.

Afterwards:

  • Practice self-care and be gentle with yourself

  • Drink a lot of water for the next 48 hours

  • You may have a headache or feel exhausted as your body may be detoxing so make sure to get rest

PRICING

Reiki sessions are 60 minutes ($70) or 30 minutes ($40).
